Sichuan Express #2 Soup

After discover the joys of the shrimp and bamboo noodle soup, I have a new favorite takeout soup. I like that they cook the soup to order, although next time I'll only eat half and save the rest for another day.
 They stirfry the shrimp, greens and julienned bamboo shoots quickly in a hot wok.
Topped with scallions and mixed with egg noodles in a chicken stock, this is a satisfying bowl of noodle soup. It's the only thing that calls to me more than the spicy mabo tofu.
