Duck Pho at Home

Using leftover Chinese duck bones and meat from Peking Gourmet Inn, I boiled the bones with a sachet of pho spices to create a duck broth.
Mushrooms, bok choy, duck meat, noodles, meat dumplings and duck pho broth.  
Adding miso paste and sriracha, this was a new twist on a favorite bowl.
