Ray's Hell Burger

Ray's Hellburger, cooked recommended, with sauteed mushrooms and onions, and blue cheese.
Dissection shot. Sauteed mushrooms and onions form a nice top, blue cheese and lettuce sandwich the burger patty. So juicy, you can see the toasted bun beginning to disintegrate. Intense beef flavor. With a cooling side of watermelon.
Ray's New Jack Zing - Blackened Burger with cajun spices, pepperjack cheese, grilled red onions, sauteed peppers, roasted garlic and jalapenos. Light heat and burn from the cajun spices and jalapenos, juicy and beefy-overload.
Gluttony. Massive gluttony. 10-oz handmade patties, grilled then topped with a wide array of free toppings plus your choice of cheeses and pork-products.
Soul Burger #1 - applewood smoked bacon, swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions.
The burgers are usually cooked medium rare to medium, and super juicy. I would prefer if the onions were not chopped up into such little pieces that end up raining down like greasy grenades upon the plate. Excellent thick, meaty, smoked bacon.
Big Punisher - chipotle marinade, pepperjack cheese, charred jalapenos, grilled red onions and spicy piranha sauce. A good deal of heat. The toasted bun is considerably better at holding the burger together compared to early days. Although the burger still needs to be cut in half to attempt eating.
