Homemade bibimbap
Detox Dinners Continued.
Top a bowl of rice with a variety of marinated and seasoned vegetables. I chose bok choy, yellow squash, carrots, bean sprouts, eggplant and kimchee.
Top with a fried egg and add kochujang sauce. Mix and enjoy.
